Conduct a thorough and detailed dilapidation survey by means of 3D laser scanner for buildings to be repurposed. Dilapidation survey should be for all building and services components extending below and above false ceiling levels and foundations, but not be limited to, the assessment of foundations, walls, roofs, floors, and any other critical structural component. We provide technical feedback on the current structural integrity and condition of these buildings. The survey must include the as built material of the structures, e.g. concrete or block work building, etc. and detail the location for all utility incoming connection points to the building, the size of the supply, the isolation points within the building, routes and material.
